Resin solid in can

Probable Cause Possible Fix

Resin may have crystallized

Heat to 120F until all contents are re-liquefied. Cool to room temperature before mixing with hardener.


Surface tackiness

Probable Cause Possible Fix

The hardener is reacting with moisture from the air (also known as blush)

Purge the hardener container with Nitrogen before placing into storage. Keep the lid closed at all times. Once the hardener is moisture contaminated it can't be fixed. Use fresh product.


White, hard spots in Hardener

Probable Cause Possible Fix

Result of reaction with moisture in the air

The particles are carboxylic acid and can not be re-liquefied. Filter the material to discard particles.
