SPECIALTY CASTABLE POLYURETHANES

"Solutions that add value instead of just cost"


The following urethane elastomers were developed by Crosslink Technology Inc. to accommodate applications requiring soft, abrasion resistant materials. These castable urethanes provide ease of processing fast gel time and excellent cured properties. These elastomers are especially suited for casting, potting, rapid tooling and other cast urethane components. Aliphatic versions of these formulations provide improved performance.


Our recently developed 3 component, variable hardness polyurethane is especially suited to applications requiring frequent changes in the cured hardness of the elastomer. The cured hardness can be adjusted just by using a different mix ratio.
