Crosslink Technology Inc., established in 1981, located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, operates two separate and distinct divisions serving customers with a variety of Epoxy and Polyurethane applications and custom cast electrical components. Both divisions are certified to ISO 9001 - 2000 quality standards and have the following capabilities:

The Formulated Epoxy and Urethane Products Division formulates and manufactures Epoxy and Polyurethane compounds to meet specific processing and product performance requirements. The mandate of this division is to provide "profitable solutions" to customers in their application and processing initiatives. Competitively priced materials are developed based on customer need whether it is a new product or a requirement to improve an existing process.

Capabilities:

  • Develop new formulations to meet performance and processing requirements.

  • Modify existing products to meet requirements.

  • Provide advice on the best processing methods.

  • Fine tune products to suit the application (not the other way around).

  • Implement customer based quality control that ensures consistently usable materials.

  • Respond to emergency supply situations.

  • Undertake Confidentiality Agreements as necessary.

  • Make available a list of process equipment manufacturers to choose from.

  • Manufacture all viscosity ranges including paste consistency compounds.

  • Export.

  • Provide prototype services as necessary.

  • Provide technical assistance.

  • Ship products in totes or returnable containers.


The Cast Epoxy and Polyurethane Components Division manufactures custom cast electrical electrical transformer bushings, stand off insulators and unique mechanical devices based on customer design. The majority of the electrical supplies are in the low voltage range with some being suitable for medium voltages. The mandate of this division is to provide the "highest quality, competitively priced" components to customers.

  • Deliver on time, every time.

  • Manufacture components suitable for indoor or outdoor service.

  • Provide a standard choice of in house components.

  • Manufacture products to customer design.

  • Develop tooling to manufacture new components.

  • Vacuum cast.

  • Provide accessories, such as mounting clamps and gaskets.

  • Respond to emergency situations.

  • Undertake Confidentiality Agreements.

  • Export.

  • Innovate to reduce costs.


Export:

The company currently exports to several countries around the world including the USA, Australia, Mexico and the Far East. Exporting products is undertaken to make the international borders transparent to customers. Shipments are traced continually to detect and overcome delays without the necessity for customer involvement. All exported products are shipped from the manufacturing plant located in Toronto, Canada.

Customer Service:

Technical service is provided from the head office in Toronto, Canada. Customer problems are acted upon immediately and focus is maintained until a solution is arrived at. The mandate of customer service is "solving customer problems are placed above any other business considerations". The company continues to focus on developing technology that improves interaction with customers and allows for simplified business transactions.

Additional services:

Password protected web access to track orders.

Web access to search for products and print technical specifications.

Assistance is also provided to customers by closely monitoring buying patterns, forwarding reminders to re-order and questioning out of pattern items via e-mail.

Distribution:

Key major accounts are served directly by the company from its head office. Further to this, the North American Continent is additionally served by three major distributors. The company is looking for local representation in other major market areas of the world.
